Important

Please note that the legal address above is not the shipping address for product samples. All product samples must be sent only to the official HUB(s) listed below once announced. Any packages sent to the legal address will not be processed.

Each company is required to submit 3 product samples for each nominated product.
Only final retail product formats are accepted. Mini or travel-size versions will not be reviewed by our jury.
All submitted samples must match the final market-ready product in terms of formulation, packaging and presentation.
All products must have a minimum shelf life of one year from the date of submission.

Mailing Address for Product Samples (HUB)

All product samples must be sent exclusively to the official EU Logistics Center of the Beauty & Crystal Water Awards. The detailed shipping address will be provided only after your nomination has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Please do not send any packages to our registered office address.

Please send product samples via UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT whenever possible. Please include a proforma invoice with a nominal value of USD 1, clearly stating:

  • Samples without commercial value – not for resale
  • Free of charge

Shipping & Customs Requirements

For shipments sent from outside the European Union (including the USA, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries), the following conditions apply:

  • All shipments must be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
  • All customs duties, VAT, brokerage and clearance fees must be fully covered by the sender.
  • The Beauty & Crystal Water Excellence Ltd. cannot act as the Importer of Record and cannot handle customs clearance procedures.
  • No EU VAT number or EORI number will be provided for customs processing.
  • Shipments requiring customs payment upon arrival will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Kindly confirm with your courier that the shipment is sent as DDP before dispatch.

Please ensure that the proforma invoice clearly includes:

  • Samples without commercial value – not for resale
  • Free of charge
  • Nominal value: USD 1

The Beauty & Crystal Water Excellence Ltd. cannot assume responsibility for shipments not prepared in accordance with these requirements, including customs delays, refused deliveries or additional charges.

Please Note

We accept product samples only between April 1 and May 15, 2026.
Unfortunately, we are unable to receive or store any samples before or after this period.
Our logistics hub will remain closed until April 1 and will not accept deliveries outside the designated timeframe.
