Entrants may submit entries in any listed category, including cosmetic and beauty products, dietary supplements, packaging designs, beauty devices, or bottled water.
Entrants may be authorized employees of a certified company, or their PR or marketing representatives, who can demonstrate that they have been officially authorized by the brand owners or management to submit entries.
The submission deadline must be strictly adhered to. The submission date is determined by the arrival of the sample at the organizer’s warehouse, not by the postmark date.
Entrants are responsible for providing all relevant information that may influence the jury’s decision. The jury and the award management team reserve the right to request further documentation or conduct additional research to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of the submitted products or services.
The award management team will make every effort to ensure equal and transparent conditions for all participants, within the limits of available time and resources.
Entrants are strictly prohibited from contacting jury members or the award management team to inquire about the status of their entry. Any such attempt will result in immediate disqualification without a refund of the entry fee.
Submitted products – including cosmetics, beauty devices, dietary supplements, and bottled water – must either be available for purchase in their country of origin, or be fully developed and regulatory-approved pre-market innovations submitted under the Best Market-Ready Innovation category. Products must be available either in physical retail locations or through electronic sales channels as of the submission date and remain accessible throughout the entire award period. Submitted services, technologies, and professional expertise must remain operational throughout the award period and beyond.
Small-batch, artisan, or niche brands have the same opportunity to apply as large-scale, internationally recognized companies.
Each jury member will assign a score from 1 to 10 to each submitted product or service.
Winners are permitted to use the Crystal or Diamond award logo solely on the winning product or service. These logos may be used across all marketing, PR, sales, packaging, and digital platforms for the full lifecycle of the awarded product or service, provided that the product composition or service content remains unchanged. In the case of significant alterations, the right to use the award logo will be withdrawn and re-application will be required the following year.
The award management team does not charge any additional fees for the use of award logos beyond the entry fee.
Winners will receive the official Crystal or Diamond label/logo in digital format at no extra cost. A physical trophy may also be ordered upon request; pricing for this item is reviewed annually and can be discussed via email.
Submitted products may include newly launched items or long-established brands, provided they are actively marketed and available at the time of entry.
The award management team reserves the right to reject any submission that fails to meet BCWA’s ethical standards or formal requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, products containing harmful ingredients, unethical sourcing practices, or companies engaging in unethical marketing, sales, or employment practices.
An entry is only considered valid once the full entry fee has been received. All associated bank charges are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
The decisions of the jury are final. No correspondence or feedback will be provided regarding the evaluation process or individual scores.
By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
All data provided by participants is fully protected and handled in accordance with the highest standards of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Beauty & Water Excellence Society Ltd. will use personal information solely for the purposes of entry processing and will never sell, rent, or license any personal data. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Once an entry is submitted and the entry fee has been paid, BCWA does not issue refunds. It is the entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure that all required information is complete and accurate and that the product or service meets all entry requirements at the time of submission.
🔹 Nomination & Voting

- Consumers who have used the product or service
- Industry professionals familiar with current products and services in the fields of cosmetics, dietary supplements, bottled water, wellness, and related industries
🔹 Membership & Voting Conditions
By purchasing a BCWA membership (Standard, VIP, or Lifetime), members agree to abide by the official membership terms and conditions.
Membership does not guarantee nomination, shortlisting, or influence over the jury’s professional decisions.
Voting in the Public’s Favourite Award is limited to one vote per verified email address. Any attempt to manipulate the voting process—such as multiple submissions, use of fake accounts, or automated methods—will result in the disqualification of the associated votes.
BCWA reserves the right to verify membership information and revoke voting rights if any misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
🔹 Sponsorship Guidelines
Sponsored branding, logos, and placements must fully comply with BCWA’s visual identity and ethical requirements. Any misuse of the sponsor badge or logo — including unauthorized modification, misleading placement, or unapproved usage — will result in immediate removal from all BCWA platforms.
🔹 Ambassador Program Guidelines
Participation in the Ambassador Program is voluntary, non-binding, and unpaid. Ambassadors are required to adhere to the BCWA Code of Conduct and act in a manner that reflects the ethical and professional standards of the organization.
BCWA reserves the right to revoke ambassadorship at any time in cases of reputational risk, misconduct, or breach of agreement.
🔹 Public Voting Terms
Public voting is free and open to everyone. Each participant may cast one vote per product using a valid and verifiable email address. All votes will be reviewed, and any fraudulent activity — including multiple entries or fake accounts — will result in the removal of the vote.
Prize draws (if offered) are subject to availability and may be limited based on regional regulations or shipping constraints.
🔹 Best Market – Ready Innovation
The Best Market-Ready Innovation category is open to products that have not yet launched commercially but are fully developed and ready for market introduction. Entrants must certify that the product has passed all required regulatory approvals and safety testing applicable in the intended market(s) of distribution. BCWA reserves the right to request proof of such certifications. Product prototypes, lab samples, or incomplete formulas are not eligible for submission.
BCWA cannot be held liable if the submitted product does not reach the market as expected. The responsibility for ensuring the commercial launch lies solely with the entrant or brand owner.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification without refund.
