For digital publications, newsletters, social media publications and editorial channels, additional consideration may be given to editorial consistency, content structure, usability, accessibility, visual coherence and the overall quality of the audience experience.
Evaluation criteria are adapted to the format and category of each submission, ensuring a fair, balanced and format-specific assessment.
SUBMISSION & SAMPLING REQUIREMENTS
Submission requirements depend on the format and accessibility of the nominated publication or digital media entry.

Hard Copy Only Publications
Books, magazines, journals and other printed publications available exclusively in physical format require 3 physical copies for jury evaluation.

Publications Also Available Digitally
Where the complete nominated publication is fully accessible in digital format, physical copies are generally not required. A full-access digital version, PDF, secure review link or equivalent access must be provided.

Entries should be submitted via URL, PDF, secure access link or login credentials that provide the jury with full access to the nominated content.

Applicants should provide the relevant channel or account URL together with representative content samples, editorial series, campaigns or archived material where appropriate.
