Only final product formats are accepted — mini/travel-size versions will not be reviewed by our jury.
All samples must match the actual market-ready product in terms of formulation, packaging, and presentation.
We kindly ask that all submitted products have an expiration date extending into 2026 or beyond.

Please send product samples via an international courier service such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or TNT if possible. Ensure to enclose an invoice with a nominal value of USD 1, and write “samples without commercial value, not for resale” and “free of charge” on the invoice as well.
Shipping & Customs Requirements (Important for Non-EU Shipments)
For shipments sent from outside the European Union (including USA, Taiwan, UK and other non-EU countries), the following conditions apply:

- All shipments must be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
- All customs duties, VAT, brokerage and clearance fees must be fully covered by the sender.
- The Beauty & Crystal Water Excellence Ltd. cannot act as Importer of Record and cannot handle customs clearance procedures.
- No EU VAT number or EORI number will be provided for customs processing.
- Shipments requiring any customs payment upon arrival will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Kindly confirm with your courier that the shipment is sent as DDP before dispatch.
Please ensure that the proforma invoice clearly includes the following:

Please note:
We accept product samples only between April 1 and April 30, 2026.
Unfortunately, we are unable to receive or store any samples before or after this period.
Our logistics hub will remain closed until April 1 and will not accept deliveries outside the designated timeframe.
