The BCWAwards proudly accepts large-format, professional aesthetic and wellness equipment, even when the device cannot be shipped due to size, weight, or installation requirements.
Eligible devices include (but are not limited to):
– Professional aesthetic treatment machines
– Wellness & spa equipment
– Clinic-level multifunctional systems
– Medical-grade beauty technology
SUBMISSION OPTIONS
If the device cannot be shipped, brands may submit:
• Clinical certificates & documentation
• Studies and lab reports
• Demonstration videos
• Before/after treatment results
• Technical specifications & operating details
➡️ A physical sample is not required for large professional equipment.
📌 Important:
The BCWAwards cannot cover shipping fees, customs charges or return shipping.
If a physical unit is provided, it will not be returned.
CUSTOM AWARD CATEGORY OPTION
Brands may propose a custom device category that reflects their product’s innovation or treatment specialty.
The Jury will review the suggested category and:
- approve it as submitted, or
- adjust it to ensure full alignment with the BCWAwards framework.
This allows truly innovative technologies to receive tailored, prestige recognition.

– documentation volume (clinical studies, certifications, test results)
– evaluation method (physical sample OR digital/technical review)
– custom award category request (if applicable)
